Social Media Associate
Job Overview:
​
As our Social media Associate, you will be expected to work across all digital media forms including our main website. Will need to build and create digital media content and strategize online media campaigns and social content. You should be creative and proactive in creating marketing content. Answer to all digital media enquiries in a timely fashion and effectively service customers needs over digital media.

Essential Functions:

Keeping all digital media content up to date

Creation and scheduling of all social media content and campaigns

Build, maintain and optimize all social and digital media
-
Develop and execute successful media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
-
Create and manage a customer base for email and whatsapp group media campaigns
-
Create and update instore display content
-
Maintain and update content on website to reflect our product and service offering
-
Maintain and optimize our SEO
-
Maintain and update our calendar and business page
-
Keeping the store clean and presentable.

Display inventory
-
Inventory control and labeling
-
Be knowledgeable about all products on sale

Be proficient in using our POS systems
-
Be proactive in assisting customers to shop and compare
-
Assist customers in all aspects of service, and qualify customer needs and figure out what's right for them and there budget
-
Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm that demonstrates our commitment to our customer.

Maintain and update customer profile on POS system
-
Perform all aspects of the fulfillment and delivery process; including, but not limited to - packing, labeling, shipping and gift wrapping
-
Ensure proper presentation, organization of inventory and replenish stock as needed
-
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to watch sizing and ear piercing.

Have a regular and dependable attendance and punctuality

Be aware of our AML and ATF compliance and take regular training
Qualifications: Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Related experience is a plus
-
Photography knowledge is a plus
Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
South Asian languages will be an asset
Reasoning Ability:

Work Hours:

10:00am to 7:30pm with flexibility in scheduling time and days
